Bramall® Alignment Lasers


Bramall® lasers allow tunnels to be constructed true whether being driven by tunnel boring machine, drill and blast, pipejack or conventional hand techniques. By using beam deflectors it is possible to control construction through curves in the tunnel.

By using the Bramall® laser with three target plates it is possible to provide protection against accidental misalignment. Once the laser is positioned and aligned, the target plates are placed at suitable positions and adjusted so that the laser passes through them. If the laser is subsequently disturbed, the laser will not shine through to the final target plate. The laser can also be advanced quickly through this technique by moving the laser up one target position, using the remaining two target plates to align the laser and re-positioning the removed targeting plate.

Bramall® has a large variety of mounting brackets available and offers custom mounting brackets to suit individual customer's needs.
